Limoncello Sour
A perfect cocktail for summer

- 1 Shaker
- 1 Jigger
- 1 cocktail strainer
Ingrédients
- 3 cl Gin
- 3 cl Limoncello
- 3 cl Fresh lemon juice
- 1 cl Sugar syrup
- 1 Egg white
- Ice cubes
GUARD :
- Zest Lemon
Préparation
- Pour the gin, limoncello, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a shaker and shake briskly for 15 sec.
- Add egg white, ice cubes and shake briskly for 20 sec.
- Strain the mixture into a martini glass.
- Garnish with lemon zest.
