Le Negroni
Although Negroni is one of the great stars of Italian aperitifs, there's nothing to stop you sipping it at any time of day (in moderation, of course).

- 1 Whisky glass
- 1 Proportioner
Ingrédients
- 30 ml Gin
- 30 ml Vermouth red
- 30 ml Campari
- 125 ml Ice cubes
- 1/2 Orange for slicing
Préparation
- Place 1/2 cup of ice cubes in a lowball glass.
- Add the gin, red vermouth, Campari and orange slices.
