- 1 Highball glass
- 1 Jigger
- 1 Cocktail spoon
Ingrédients
- 35 ml Quality white tequila
- 25 ml Pink grapefruit juice
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 10 ml Agave syrup
- 1 bottle Pink grapefruit Crafted Soda by London Essence
GARNISH: Pink Himalayan salt on the rim of the glass & Pink grapefruit zest
Préparation
- With the exception of Crafted Soda, measure out all ingredients and add to a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about ten seconds.
- In a chilled highball glass, the rim of which has been dipped in salt, pour the liquid over ice cubes, through a double filter.
- Complete with London Essence Crafted Soda Pink Grapefruit.
- Stir lightly to infuse the flavours.
- Garnish with pink grapefruit zest for an irresistible citrus aroma.
