- 1 Cocktail spoon
Ingredients
- 25 ml Gin
- 10 ml Pampelle
- 100 ml Tonic Grapefruit & Rosemary London Essence
GARNISH: Grapefruit zest or rosemary sprig
Préparation
- Pour the gin, Pampelle and Grapefruit & Rosemary tonic into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
- Mix gently with a mixing spoon.
- Garnish with grapefruit zest or a sprig of rosemary.
