Ingredients

50 ml Gin Aéquatis from Maredsous Abbey
150 ml Hyssop Tonic Water Cucumber
1 tranche Cucumber
1 branch Rosemary
2-3 bays Pepper

Ice cubes

Préparation

Fill the glass with ice cubes and place the cucumber slice inside.
Pour in the gin and tonic.
Mix gently and garnish with rosemary sprig and peppercorns.
