Palate: well-balanced and well rounded
Finish: soft and delicious, with a long finish of pear and spices.

PERFECT SERVE: JUNE Mule
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Stir ice cubes with a spoon and remove excess
water.

Pour in 1/3 of JUNE Poire Royale and Cardamom, add 2/3 of ginger beer*.

Add 2 dashes of bitter and decorate with a lime wedge.

*Ginger beer can be replaced by ginger ale.
