Where does Dry Normandy gin come from?
Artisanal & French
How is this gin made?
This gin is not what you think it is…
A refined selection of botanicals slowly distilled in a column still made in France.
These handcrafted creations will take you off the beaten path.
That’s why it’s so popular!
Nice power and roundness in the mouth, with a soft veil that comes to line the palate thanks to the distillation in a French haute couture still.
The skeleton of the gin is well there: the juniper berry comes to play the red wire of this recipe, the cardamom rounds and softens while the coriander comes to give relief.
A very fine pepper comes to give a beautiful length.
By tasting this gin you will :
Intense, floral and spicy vegetal aroma first – juniper berry blends with cardamom, coriander and pepper – before venturing into a Norman orchard to munch on a white-fleshed fruit.
Slightly sweet taste although no sugar has been added after distillation, without bitterness or acidity.
On the finish, we find notes of cooked and stewed Norman fruits in red wine.
Bottle: 70cl
Alcohol: 43%.
