Gin Engine Caroni Cask

Gin Engine Caroni Cask is a limited edition of the famous Italian gin.

Paola dalla Mora has chosen to unite Trinidad and Italy, and more specifically the worlds of rum and gin, for the duration of a cuvée. The Italian gin Engin Caroni Cask was aged for 6 months in ex-Caroni rum barrels. In addition to sage and lemon, Engine Caroni Cask reveals aromas of roasted pineapple.

TASTE: Fresh and full-bodied, the intense sage fragrance is complemented by notes of ripe summer fruit. Balsamic juniper is accompanied by a light note of toasted wood.

COLOR: Transparent with light yellow sheen.

INGREDIENTS: Tuscan juniper, Sicilian lemon zest and Piedmont sage

PERFECT SERVE: Ideal for sipping neat or with a Martini on the rocks.

DEGUSTATION : Tasting notes of sage and lemon, enriched with a hint of woody tannins. Licorice and caramel provide an elegant aftertaste.
