The first version of the Bartender series from Four Pillars is the Spiced Negroni Gin!
This one was developed with Jason Williams of The Rook bar in Sydney and distiller Cameron Mackenzie of Four Pillars, with the intention of making a perfect gin for use in a Negroni cocktail – an honorable undertaking.
To do this, they increased the amount of Tasmanian pepper and cinnamon leaves used, and added heaven grains, organic blood orange and ginger to the recipe.
Botanical:
Juniper berries, Coriander seeds, Cardamom pods, Pepper leaf, Cassia bark, Lavender, Angelica, Star anise, Lemon myrtle, Paradise grains, Fresh oranges and blood oranges
Alcohol content: 43,8 % ABV
