HISTORY

Lewis Hamilton, seven-time F1 world champion, wanted to develop an agave-based alcohol-free spirit, using Mexican blue agave from Jalisco. He has teamed up with master distiller Iván Saldaña to explore new territories beyond alcohol content.

PRODUCTION

Almave redefines the soft drinks category as a non-alcoholic spirit made from the coveted blue agave plant, using the same traditional process as tequila to press and cook the agave. First, the agave piñas are harvested, cooked and ground. Above all, Almave skips the fermentation stage, during which the liquid becomes
alcohol. Multiple distillation concentrates and captures the complexity, delicate aromas and flavors of agave.

ALMAVE BLANCO

Captures the natural balance between sweetness, herbaceousness and acidity to create an alcohol-free spirit full of character. The result is a complex expression of the pure flavor of blue agave. Perfect for mixing into a margarita or your favorite tequila cocktail.
