Collins Litchi Basil
The sweet, aromatic flavor of lychee is expertly balanced with zesty lemon, then complemented by London Essence craft soda with white peach and jasmine with a sprig of basil for an herbaceous finish.

Ingredients
- 40 ml of gin
- 10 ml tinned lychee syrup
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 100 ml de London Essence White Peach & Jasmine Crafted Soda
GARNISH: Basil leaf
Préparation
- In a highball glass, pour a shot of your favourite gin over a generous handful of ice cubes.
- Add 1 glassful of tinned lychee syrup and a dash of lemon juice, before filling the glass with London Essence White Peach & Jasmine Crafted Soda.
- Mix well and garnish with a few basil leaves (we recommend Thai basil).
