Attention, deceptive cocktail. While the Porn Star Martini is served in a glass of the same name, it does not contain a single drop of Martini. This drink developed in the years 2000 in London by the bartender Douglas Ankrah is composed of passion fruit, vanilla, lime, Champagne and… in our version, gin to replace the traditional vodka. Acidulous, aromatic, fruity and sparkling!
Gin Porn Star Martini
We've revisited this cocktail, usually made with vodka and gin. We loved it! A shot of champagne refreshes the palate before enjoying the cocktail.

- 1 Shaker
- 1 Jigger
- 1 cocktail strainer
- 1 Martini glass
- 1 Shooter glass
Ingredients
- 4 cl Gin
- 1,5 cl Passion fruit liqueur
- 1,5 cl Lime juice
- 1,5 cl Vanilla syrup
- 2 Passion fruit
- 8 cl Champagne
- Ice cubes
Préparation
- Pour the insides of the 2 passion fruits into the shaker.
- Add the gin, passion fruit liqueur, vanilla syrup and lemon juice.
- Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a martini glass
- Pour the champagne into the glass
