Le Gin Du Mont-Blanc

Since 2017, James Abbott, has been distilling Gin du Mont Blanc in a mountain hut located on the heights of Saint Gervais at 1365 m. From his two traditional 100 L copper stills comes an exceptional product. Guided by Tom Nichol, James brings you a fresh, aromatic gin that will surprise you with its balance.

The ingredients

You’ll find juniper, alpine botanicals such as genepi, angelica and blueberry, citrus fruits with orange and lime, as well as licorice and coriander.

Tasting tips

Enjoy dry or on the rocks with a twist of orange or lime.

Extend it with a tonic low in sugar and bitterness to preserve the gin’s delicacy.
